SÜGB
The Swiss Association for the Monitoring of Aggregates inspects and certifies companies that produce aggregates, concrete, mortar and precast concrete elements. Until now, the assessment questionnaires for the various certifications were paper-based, containing many repetitive questions and requiring a great deal of effort. The digital solution was originally developed by Simplificator; since its acquisition by Renuo, we have continued to manage the tool directly.

Check, even offline
Inspectors compile complex questionnaires based on applicable standards and record the responses directly on site. As a PWA, the tool works even without an internet connection. Non-conformities are recorded in a dedicated workflow and tracked until they are rectified.
Answer once, use it many times
Frequently asked questions from previous certification processes can be pre-filled, and both inspectors and organisations can upload documents and supporting evidence directly. This creates transparency for all parties involved and significantly reduces the workload.

With the SÜGB tool, this thoroughness is evident in the details – in its offline capability, in its deviation management, and in the fact that no one has to answer the same question twice.
